Aris fires Bogdan Karaicic

Aris Thessaloniki Betsson has sacked head coach Bogdan Karaicic, the club confirmed in a statement on Wednesday.
Karaicic guided Aris to a 2-0 start in the BKT EuroCup before back-to-back defeats on the road at Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana and at home to BAXI Manresa saw the team's record drop to 2-2.
In the Greek League, Aris is 0-3 after losses to AS Karditsas, Kolossos Rhodes, and Maroussi.
"ARIS Betsson BC announces the termination of its collaboration with Bogdan Karaicic," read the club's statement.
"The BC management and the General Manager, Nikos Zisis, had a one-on-one meeting with the Serbian coach, during which they informed him of their decision to terminate their collaboration.
"We thank Bogdan Karaicic for his contribution to the team and wish him all the best in his future career."
