Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Bryant Dunston will remain together for one more season, the club announced Thursday. Dunston (2.03 meters, 36 years old) averaged 7.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.0 block in 37 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season, his seventh with the team. Dunston helped Efes win back-to-back EuroLeague titles and also lifted the Turkish League trophy in 2019 and 2021 and claimed the Turkish Cup in 2019 and 2022. He is the EuroLeague's all-time leader in blocked shots with 309. In 265 EuroLeague career games, Dunston has amassed 2,332 points and 1,267 rebounds, making 62.4% of his two-point shots. Dunston ranks 10th in career rebounds and 12th in two-pointers made (880).

Dunston started his professional basketball career with Mobis Phoebus of South Korea and has also played for Aris Thessaloniki and Olympiacos Piraeus of Greece, Bnei Hasharon and Hapoel Holon of Israel and Varese of Italy. Dunston played in the EuroLeague Championship game with Efes in 2019 and Olympiacos in 2015. He was chosen to the 2016-17 All-EuroLeague Second Team and awarded the EuroLeague Best Defender Trophy after the 2013-14 and 2014-15 campaigns. He helped Mobis win the South Korean title in 2010, lifted the 2015 Greek League trophy with Olympiacos and also led the Reds to the 2013 Intercontinental Cup title.
