Paris Basketball announced on Friday that it has signed power forward Derek Willis for the 2025-26 season.
Willis (30 years old, 2.05 meters) arrives from Anadolu Efes Istanbul, where he has spent the last two seasons. In that time, he has averaged 5.2 points on 40.8% three-point shooting and 3.1 rebounds over 53 games in a reserve role.
Willis started his professional career with the Grand Rapids Gold of the G League, and he also played for Goettingen and ratiopharm Ulm in Germany, Brindisi and Umana Reyer Venice in Italy and Joventut Badalona in Spain. In college, Willis helped the University of Kentucky reach the NCAA Tournament Final Four in 2015. He has also been a member of the USA national team.
