Two of the four teams tied for fourth place go head to head when Maccabi (10-7) meets Monaco (10-7) in a game with a playoff flavor.
Oded Kattash, Maccabi: 'We will have to play a near perfect game on offense'

Monaco handed the Israeli champ a 107-79 thrashing in October behind the usual stellar showing from Mike James with 24 points, including 4 triples, and he remains in spectacular form with at least 16 points in eight straight games. Maccabi has won three of its last four games, in large part thanks to big man Josh Nebo, who has averaged 19 points and 8 rebounds in his last three appearances. Lorenzo Brown will look to take more care of the basketball after averaging 4.3 turnovers in the last three games, especially against a Monaco squad that has more steals (7.8 per game) than any other team in the competition.
Oded Kattash, Maccabi head coach
"We know Monaco very well, they are a very talented team offensively who keeps rearming themselves. It's an aggressive team on defense. We will have to play a near perfect game on offense. The key is controlling the boards, get back on defense and deny them easy points."
Lorenzo Brown, Maccabi guard
"We just have to keep our same mentality. We've been focusing on our defense a little more, trying to prepare ourselves for the next opponent. Locking in, with that mindset, will win us the game. The key to the game is defense. That is something we've lacked a little this season. Being aware of the ISO ball they play, and they do that quite a lot. Mike [James] will be Mike, but the ones around him are pretty dangerous as well, so we have to be aware of them. I think we have to focus on our basketball. There is a lot going around us, but I think for the most part we were able to maintain a level head. Staying together, that's the most important part, as a team to be together and play as one."
James Webb, Maccabi forward
"They beat us pretty bad at their place. Now we have to put our best foot forward. Starting the second half of the regular season, we just have to come out and fight with the intensity, take pride in what we are doing. They have a bunch of scorers that can put the ball in the hoop. We have to play team defense. It is not a one-man show, one person stopping the top scorer of the EuroLeague, it will be a team collaboration to get the job done."
