Domestic cups: Besiktas, Reyer reach semis; Buducnost into final

Besiktas couldn't be stopped on offense
Besiktas Emlakjet Istanbul is into the semifinals of the Turkish Cup after beating Bahcesehir 96-81 on Wednesday evening. One of the star performers for Besiktas was Marko Simonovic, who is on loan from Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade, as he posted 15 points and 7 rebounds. The other star on the night was fellow big man Angel Delgado, with the Dominican Republic international pairing 12 points with 8 rebound, as well as having 3 steals. Derek Needham had a joint team-high 15 points, followed by Jonah Mathews and Berk Ugurlu with 14 apiece. Matthew Mitchell and Yigit Arslan had 11 points each, too. Following Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul's 68-81 win over Aliaga Petkimspor, that has set up a semifinal matchup between Besiktas and Fenerbahce.
Tucker leads Reyer past Pistoia
Umana Reyer Venice put its foot on the gas in the second half as it beat Estra Pistoia 86-71 in the quarterfinals of the Italian Cup. There was nothing to split the two teams after the first quarter, with the score tied 19-19, before Pistoia took a 36-37 advantage into the break. However, Reyer went on to score 25 points in both the third and fourth quarters as it took control of the game, leading 61-53 after 30 minutes and then 86-71 when the final buzzer sounded. Rayjon Tucker paced Reyer with a game-high 23 points, with Mfiondu Kabengele having a 13-point, 13-rebound double-double and Kyle Wiltjer adding 11 points.
Buducnost into the Montenegrin Cup final!
Following a 94-75 triumph over KK Podgorica, Buducnost VOLI Podgorica has confirmed its spot in the Montenegrin Cup final. Nikola Tanaskovic had a team-high 15 points for Buducnost, with Fletcher Magee scoring 14 and Andrija Slavkovic netting 12. Vladimir Mihailovic, Petar Popovic and Andrija Grbovic posted 10 points apiece in the win. Buducnost outscored Podgorica in each of the first three quarters and took an 80-55 lead into the final frame, before easing its way to victory, with Podgorica winning the fourth quarter 14-20 to set a 94-75 score. Buducnost will take on SC Derby in the final.
Trento comes undone against Milan
Dolomiti Energia Trento fell to defeat against an inspired EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, losing 80-57. Paolo Galbiati's troops had scored just 35 points through the first three quarters, with the score 65-35 after 30 minutes, before a late flurry saw Trento make it a slightly more respectable scoreline.
