Both teams will have huge motivation as Hapoel (11-4) looks to protect second place with a visit from Prometey (8-7), which could seal a playoff berth with a road victory and an Umana Reyer Venice loss later in the evening.
Issuf Sanon, Prometey: 'It’s going to be a good challenge for us'

Hapoel is looking to snap a two-game losing streak, while Prometey was boosted by a big win over Wolves last week. Tai Odiase was the key figure with 19 points as Prometey won 98-89 when the teams met in Round 9 and he remains a key performer with double digits scoring in five of the last six games. Hapoel will look for backcourt dominance from Xavier Munford, who has multiple triples in four straight games.
Ronen Ginzburg, Prometey head coach
“We’re going to face one of the best teams in the competition. A very good offensive team, they play good defense, and they’re coming off winning the derby in Israel against Maccabi. They’re very good. We don’t know yet [about the status] of Ondrej [Balvin]. We will know later.”
Issuf Sanon, Prometey guard
“The next game is really important for us to be in good shape [for the playoffs]. We really need that win, so we’re just going to be focused on them, do what the coaching staff asks of us and I think it’s going to be a good challenge for us against a top team. At home, we beat them, but it wasn’t easy. It was a tough game for us. Now, we’re just going to be focused and keep doing our thing and be active more active on defense.”
