After missing seven BKT EuroCup games earlier this season, Veolia Towers Hamburg guard Osaro Rich will again be unavailable due to a broken middle finger on his left hand. Rich, 27, who has been with the club since 2017, is expected to undergo surgery on Monday.
The shooting guard appears to have sustained the injury earlier and played the last two games with it despite the pain before a medical examination on Thursday revealed a fracture. Rich first suffered a fracture in his right arm on the opening night of the EuroCup season and missed nine weeks. He has averaged 5.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in nearly 15 minutes in three EuroCup games this season.
