Real Madrid brings in swingman David Kraemer

Real Madrid added depth and physicality to its roster by inking swingman David Kraemer to a one-year deal, the club announced Friday.
Kraemer (1.96 meters, 28 years old) arrives from La Laguna Tenerife, where he averaged 11.1 points in 37 Spanish League games last season. This will be his second time with a EuroLeague club; Kraemer appeared in six EuroLeague games with FC Bayern Munich in the 2020-21 campaign, but saw very limited minutes and totaled 6 points and 2 steals.
Kraemer started his professional career in Austria with Gunners Oberwart. He has also played for Weisserhorn Youngstars, ratiopharm Ulm and Basketball Loewen Braunschweig in Germany, the Northern Arizona Suns and the Austin Spurs of the G League, as well as for Coviran Granada in Spain.
Kraemer has also been a member of the German national team, and helped it win a gold medal at the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
