Georginho (1.97 meters, 27 years old) spent the past two season with Franca Basquetebol Clube, which he led to the Basketball Champions League Americas crown last season. He was named to the All-BCL Americas First Team after averaging 14.2 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.2 assists in the competition.

Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv announced on Monday morning that forward [Jaylen Hoard](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/jaylen-hoard/006835/) has signed a contract that will keep the sides together for two more seasons. Hoard (2.04 meters, 24 years old) comes off a strong debut season in the EuroCup during which he was twice named MVP of the round. Hoard was the MVP for Round 4 of the regular season when he posted 22 points with just 1 missed shot, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks in 21:04 minutes for a PIR of 33 against Dolomiti Energia Trento and claimed the honor for a second time after posting 33 points in 10-for-14 shooting, 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 1 block for a PIR of 34 against Promitheas Patras.

Hoard averaged 9.3 points and 5.1 rebounds in 17:34 minutes in helping Hapoel reach the quarterfinals. He was second in the EuroCup in PIR on a per-minute basis with 30.1 prorated over 40 minutes. Hoard was sixth in the competition in two-point accuracy (71.7%), too.

A native of France, Hoard spent one year playing college basketball in the United States for Wake Forest University. He then played for the Portland Trail Blazers and Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA and for the Texas Legends and Oklahoma City Blue in the G League. Hoard averaged 14.7 points, 12.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists in seven games with the Thunder in the 2021-22 season. Hoard is the seventh player to re-sign with Hapoel from last season’s squad.

BKT EuroCup newcomer Wolves Vilnius have signed forward Treshawn Thurman, the club announced on Sunday. The deal is for one season with an option for a second. Thurman (2.01 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Filou Oostende, which he helped to the Belgian League finals last season. He averaged 8.0 points and 3.2 rebounds over 36 games in a reserve role last season.

The season in Belgium was Thurman’s first in Europe. After playing college basketball at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nevada at Reno, Thurman began his professional career in the G League with the Grand Rapids Drive. He also spent one season in the G League with the Stockton Kings and he played for Omaha's Finest in The Basketball League.

Shooting guard Jovan Kljajic will remain with Dreamland Gran Canaria for two more seasons after the sides came to terms on a new deal over the weekend. Kljajic (1.97 meters, 21 years old) first joined the Gran Canaria youth academy as a 15-year-old in 2016 and made his professional debut the following season in the EuroCup.

He has played for UCC Casalpusterlengo, Pallacanestro Pavia, Sidigas AV, FCM Ferentino, Vanoli Cremona and Umana Reyer Venice. Biligha is now set to make his BKT EuroCup debut.

Grantham started his professional career with Oklahoma City Thunder of the NBA and also played for two G League teams, Oklahoma City Blue and Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario. He also played for another French team, Champagne Chalons-Reims Basket, before joining Nancy last season.

Eddie started his career with Austin of the G League, and also played for Washington, Chicago and Boston of the NBA, Windy City of the G League, Strasbourg of France and UCAM Murcia of Spain before making his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut with Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. ### A sharpshooter

Pelos may stand at 2.05 meters, but he is just as adept at shooting close to the rim than he is from deep. Last season, for example, he shot 65.8% from two-point range after making 48 of his 73 attempts inside the arc. From distance, he struck 22 times from 46 attempts, good enough for a 47.8% mark from three-point land. Pelos made 14 of his 16 free throws, too, which gave him a percentage of 87.5%.
