Turk Telekom Ankara signed big man Nate Sestina for the coming season, the club announced Wednesday.

Sestina (2.06 meters, 25 years old) remains in Turkey after playing for Yukatel Merkezefendi Bld. last season. He averaged 9.9 points and 4.4 rebounds in 30 Turkish League games. Sestina has also played professionally for Long Island in the G-League and for Hapoel Holon in Israel after playing college basketball at Bucknell University and the University of Kentucky.

Turk Telekom Ankara announced the signing of guard [Erkan Yilmaz](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/erkan-yilmaz/006372/) for the coming season on Tuesday. Yilmaz (1.92 meters, 24 years old) arrives from Bahcesehir Koleji, for which he averaged 5.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 31 Turkish League games last season. He was also worth 6.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists in helping Bahcesehir win the FIBA Europe Cup.

Yilmaz returns for his third EuroCup season. He debuted in the competition in 2015 with Banvit Bandirma and played in the 2020-21 EuroCup with Bahcesehir. A product of the Antalyaspor youth system, Yilmaz has also played for Yesilgiresun, Yeni Memak and Teksut Bandirma during his career.

Duverioglu (2.09 meters, 29 years old) arrives from Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, where he spent the past six seasons, reached a pair of EuroLeague Final Fours and won the championship in 2017. Last season he averaged 3.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in 8:21 minutes per game in the EuroLeague. He is ranked third all-time in the EuroLeague in two-point shooting at 67.9%.

Duverioglu began his career with Zain in his native Jordan and played for Al Riyadi and ASU Amman before briefly joining Serbia’s Mega Vizura in 2014. He then penned a deal with Pertevniyal Istanbul and made his EuroLeague debut with Anadolu Efes Istanbul in 2015 before signing with Fenerbahce in 2016. Duverioglu’s trophy case includes three Turkish League championships with Fenerbahce and two Turkish Cups.

Prometey added another weapon by signing Gian Clavell, who was one of the top performers in the Ukrainian League last season with Budivelnyk Kyiv.

Prometey added another weapon by signing Gian Clavell, who was one of the top performers in the Ukrainian League last season with Budivelnyk Kyiv. Clavell (1.93 meters, 28 years old) averaged 26.4 points on 43.0% three-point shooting, 5.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.4 steals in 14 games with Budivelnyk last season before the Ukrainian League was cancelled. He is currently playing for Cangrejeros de Santurce in his native Puerto Rico.

Clavell has previously played for Dallas in the NBA, Texas in the G-League, Sakarya and Frutti Extra Bursaspor in Turkey, Estudiantes Madrid in Spain, Avtodor Saratov in Russia, Promitheas Patras in Greece and Brujos de Guayama in Puerto Rico. He has also been a member of the Puerto Rican national team, with which he won a gold medal at the Central American and Caribbean Games in 2018.

Hapoel Tel Aviv announced on Monday the return of big man [Tomer Ginat](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/tomer-ginat/010550/) on a five-year contract. The Israeli national team player has previously spent four seasons with Hapoel, serving as a team captain in the 2019-20 season, the last he played with the club, and has now signed a contract that will keep him with the club until the end of the 2026-27 season. Ginat (2.05 meters, 27 years old) returns to Hapoel after playing the last two seasons with Boulogne Metropolitans 92. Last season, he averaged 8.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in helping Metropolitans reach the 7DAYS EuroCup Quarterfinals for the second year in a row.

Ginat grew up in the north of Israel and began his career with Ironi Nahariya. He also played for Kiryat Ata before signing for Hapoel Tel Aviv in 2016. Ginat is a regular on the Israeli national team, too.

Slask Wroclaw has brought back a familiar face with a signing of forward Jakub Niziol on a two-year deal, the club announced on Monday. Niziol (2.01 meters, 26 years old) returns to the club after eight years away, and arrives from a fellow Polish League club side Bydgoszcz where he averaged 11.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists last season. Niziol grew up with Slask and played for its junior categories and in lower divisions before going to college in the United States in 2015. The past three seasons he spent with Legia Warszaw and Bydgoszcz. Niziol is also a member of the Polish national team, and is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut next season.

7DAYS EuroCup newcomer U-BT Cluj-Napoca announced on Monday that big man [Andrija Stipanovic](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/matteo-barbieri/005113/) will stay with the team for at least one more season. Last season, veteran Stipanovic (2.08 meters, 35 years old) averaged 11.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.1 steals in 37 Romanian League games.

This will be Stipanovic's fifth appearance in the EuroCup, as he already played with Ostende of Belgium (2013-14), Trabzonspor of Turkey (2015-16), Cedevita of Croatia (2017 to 2019) and Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in 2019-20. He has played a total 65 EuroCup games, for 662 points, 325 rebounds and 131 assists. Stipanovic made his pro debut with Split of Croatia in 2007 and since then he has played in Belgium, Italy, Turkey and back to Croatia until he landed in Romania to play with Cluj-Napoca in 2020. This will be his third season in the club, having lifted the Romanian League trophy in his two previous appearances.
