Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade has brought in forward Ben Bentil for the upcoming season, the club confirmed on Wednesday. Bentil (2.04 meters, 27 years old) arrives from AX Armani Exchange Milan where he averaged 5.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in 23 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague appearances last season. Bentil also helped Milan win the Italian League and Cup double.

Bentil is entering his fourth season as a EuroLeague player; he previously played in the competition for Panathinaikos OPAP Athens between 2019 and 2021 and then Milan in the 2021-22 campaign. Bentil spent the first year of his professional career between Fort Wayne in the G-League, Dallas in the NBA and Xinjiang in China. He then went on to play for Chalons-Reims of France, Bilbao Basket of Spain and Peristeri of Greece. Bentil has also played for Bahcesehir Koleji of Turkey.
