Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade has made official a signing of combo-guard Arijan Lakic.
Lakic (1.97 meters, 24 years old) arrives from KK Zadar, where he spent the past two years. He averaged 9.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.3 steals over 32 appearances in the ABA League last season, as well as 10.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.2 steals in the Croatian League.
What's more, the Serbian helped Zadar win the Croatian championship in both of his seasons there, plus the Croatian Kresimir Cosic Cup last season.
Lakic started his professional career with Partizan’s archrival, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade, in 2018 and spent time on loan at Croatian side Vrijednosnice Osijek, Serbian squad Borac Cacak and Bosnian club Spars.
He has represented Serbia at youth level and played alongside former Partizan swingman Uros Trifunovic on the U18 team that won the gold medal at the 2018 European Championship in Latvia.
