Although the teams split the two games, not much else was equal. Efes committed fewer turnovers in each, totaling 18 while the Reds had 26. Not only did Efes have more possessions, but it shot significantly better, too, making 62.0% of their two-pointers. Olympiacos did get to the foul line more often, even if it did not shoot as well from the stripe. The Reds made 29 of 36 foul shots (80.6%) and Efes was 25 for 27 (92.6%). Efes also shot better on free throws for the season (82.1%-75.8%). However, if Olympiacos continues to draw a lot of fouls and can put Efes into foul trouble, it could make a world of difference.
