**About the Program:**

For the fourth consecutive year, JL Bourg is working alongside Adapei de l’Ain, an association that supports children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities. This long-term collaboration reflects the club’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and social impact.

This season, JL Bourg’s One Team program brings together eight teenagers and six young adults from two different Adapei structures. The program will run from November 2025 to March 2026, with each week focusing on a different theme, including basketball training, with a special focus on “The Power of Diversity”, encouraging participants to embrace different cultures, perspectives, and experiences.

The objectives of this year’s program are clear:

·         Foster self-confidence and independence among young people with disabilities.

·         Encourage mutual respect, solidarity, and intercultural exchange.

·         Use basketball as a tool to promote inclusion and equal opportunity.

·         Strengthen the club’s CSR impact in the local community.

Through this initiative, JL Bourg Basket, together with first-time One Team Ambassador Yvann Mbaya, demonstrates that its success is not only measured on the court, but also by the positive and lasting impact it creates in its community.
