Point guard Pierria Henry, one of the most charismatic new Turkish Airlines EuroLeague players of recent seasons, is returning to Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz, the team with whom he debuted in the competition three seasons ago and became a fan favorite, the club announced on Sunday night. Their deal is for the remainder of the current season.
Baskonia brings back fan favorite Henry

Henry (1.93 meters, 29 years old) spent his first two EuroLeague seasons with Baskonia before moving last season to Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. He had more steals over his three EuroLeague seasons than any other player, with 149, and the highest steals average, 1.7 per game, as well. He ranked first in the EuroLeague in steals in each of his first two seasons and second in the last one with Fenerbahce.
Henry also ranked fifth with 5.2 assists per game over that three-year span and was second in the 2020-21 season for Baskonia with 7.2 per game. He has scored 8.9 points on average in 87 EuroLeague games to date with a high of 10-5 in 2020-21.
Henry touched hearts beyond Vitoria-Gasteiz with his efforts as the team's One Team Ambassador during the 2020-21 season, when in-person contact with the program participants was still limited, another facet that made him so memorable to Baskonia fans.
