After celebrating February's MVP of the month award for one key player, Sasha Vezenkov, who was run close for that prize by another, Kostas Sloukas, Olympiacos Piraeus proved that it possesses great depth when another star shone brightest in Friday's 88-98 win at FC Bayern Munich.
Dorsey proved Olympiacos has great depth

Tyler Dorsey was the main hero of the hour for Olympiacos in Bavaria, and he did it from the very beginning of the game by opening the scoring with a three-pointer en route to 13 points in the first quarter. The 26-year-old guard then repeated that feat with a similarly strong start to the second half, scoring 10 points in just over 3 minutes to turn a three-point deficit into a lead that Olympiacos would never relinquish thereafter.
Dorsey was not even needed in the final period as his teammates finished the job, but he had already made the necessary impact by scoring a game-high 25 points in less than 26 minutes. He made 8 of his 10 field goal attempts and 5 of 6 from the foul line – sending another reminder that this Olympiacos roster contains plenty of potential game-winning talent, albeit a modest one in Dorsey's case.
"I got the hot hand early and stayed locked in the majority of the game," he said after. "Credit to the guys who were on the court in the fourth quarter – they got stops, they got it done for us and they got the win tonight for us."
