Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul announced on Tuesday that it has signed forward Dysahwn Pierre to a multi-year contract extension. The deal is for two years with an option for the 2025-26 season. Pierre (1.98 meters, 29 years old) started in 22 of his 29 appearances in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague this season. He averaged 7.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists in almost 23 minutes on court in helping Fenerbahce reach Game 5 of its playoff series against Olympiacos Piraeus.

Pierre made his EuroLeague debut with Fenerbahce during the 2020-21 season. A native of Canada, Pierre played college basketball at the University of Dayton and made his professional debut in Germany with Lowen Braunschweig in 2016-17, when he led the German league in rebounding. He spent the next three seasons with Dinamo Sassari, which he helped to win the FIBA Europe Cup in 2019, before joining Fenerbahce.
