Zalgiris has the joint-best record in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague at 5-1 after beating Crvena Zvezda 86-84 in Round 6, with Bryant Dunston becoming the hero after scoring the game-winning basket for the Lithuanian side. With this defeat, Crvena Zvezda dropped to a 3-3 record. Deividas Sirvydis scored 14 of his game-high – and career-high – 17 points in the first half, with Zalgiris teammates Sylvain Francisco netting 15 and Alen Smailagic adding 14. For Crvena Zvezda, Codi Miller-McIntyre and Uros Plavsic had 16 points, which is a career-best mark for the center. Nemanja Nedovic also finished with 15 points.
Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens 92-68 LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne
Panathinaikos remained undefeated at OAKA by thrashing ASVEL 92-68 in the Greek capital in Round 6 on Wednesday. Panathinaikos improved to 4-2 in the standings while ASVEL dropped to 2-4 and is now on a four-game road losing streak. Lorenzo Brown paced the winners with 17 points. Kendrick Nunn added 14, Juancho Hernangomez had 13 and Omer Yurtseven 10 for Panathinaikos. Edwin Jackson led ASVEL with 13 points. Shaquille Harrison tallied 12 points, 4 assists and 4 steals and Neal Sako also scored 12 for the visitors.
Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade 74-79 AS Monaco
Monaco silenced a fervent home crowd inside Aleksandar Nikolic Hall as Mike James and Elie Okobo came up big down the stretch to give the French side a morale-boosting 74-79 road win at Partizan in Round 6 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season. James and Okobo scored 15 points each while Alpha Diallo paced Monaco with 18 points and 6 boards, as the visitors improved to 4-2 while Partizan dropped to 2-4 after a second damaging home loss in as many games, having been edged by Virtus Segafredo Bologna 69-70 last week. Carlik Jones and Iffe Lundberg led Partizan on 15 points each while Isaac Bonga chipped in with 11 points and 10 boards, but the Serbian giant once again came up short when the chips were down.

Anadolu Efes Istanbul 88-97 FC Barcelona
Barcelona registered its fifth consecutive win in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague by downing Efes 88-97 on the road in Round 6 on Tuesday. The Azulgrana improved to 5-1 and became the first team to win five consecutive EuroLeague games this season, while Efes dropped to 3-3. Chimezie Metu led the winners with 21 points. Kevin Punter added 20, Jabari Parker had 13 while Justin Anderson got 12 for Barca. Darius Thompson paced Efes with 16 points. Jordan Nwora added 13 while Vincent Poirier and Dan Oturu each had 10 for the hosts.
ALBA Berlin 83-92 Paris Basketball
Paris collected its second straight road victory of the 2024-25 EuroLeague season as it used a record-setting three-point attack to beat ALBA 83-92. The club from the French capital set a new EuroLeague record with 52 three-point attempts and converted a club record 20 of them, improving to 3-3 and reaching the .500 mark for the first time this season. Nadir Hifi hit 7 triples in scoring a career-high 25 points, Tyson Ward had 6 threes for a career-best 23 points, Mikael Jantunen had 4 triples and a career-high 14 points while TJ Shorts was limited to 11 points to go with his 9 assists. ALBA wasted a 15-point second-quarter lead and dropped to 1-5 with its third consecutive defeat. Tim Schneider scored a career-high 18 points, Louis Olinde added 15 points and Justin Bean set new personal bests of 16 points and 14 rebounds.
Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul 84-82 Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv
Fenerbache improved to 4-2 with a fourth-quarter comeback. Nigel Hayes-Davis paced Fenerbahce with 20 points, Devon Hall scored 16 and Tarik Biberovic added 15 after stepping up in the final 10 minutes of an absorbing contest. Former Maccabi players Wade Baldwin and Bonzie Colson managed a mere 5 points between them. At the other end, Jaylen Hoard led the way for Maccabi with 20 points for the visitors, who slipped to 2-4 after losing their third in a row.
Olympiacos Piraeus 79-69 Real Madrid
Olympiacos pulled off a hard-fought victory over Real Madrid at Peace and Friendship Stadium on Tuesday night. The two teams traded blows for the majority of the game, but Olympiacos’s rigid defense in the fourth quarter allowed it to pull away in the closing stages. Following a breathtaking Rivalry Series game in Piraeus, both teams now have 3-3 records. Sasha Vezenkov led all scorers with 23 points, 7 of which came in the last 2 and a half minutes. Shaquielle McKissic scored 15 for the winners. Mario Hezonja bagged 15 points and Gabriel Deck recorded 12 to lead the visitors.
Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz 88-83 EA7 Emporio Armani Milan
Baskonia protected its home court once again by holding off visiting Milan. Baskonia improved to 4-2 on the season, which is tied for the second best record in the league, and is perfect 4-0 at its Buesa Arena. Meanwhile, Milan dropped to 1-5. Baskonia never trailed after opening the second quarter with a 12-0 run, but Milan did come back from a double-digit deficit to tie the game at 74-74. However, from that point, Trent Forrest scored 12 consecutive Baskonia points, keeping the hosts in front, as they finally prevailed. Forrest finished with 22 points and 5 rebounds. On the other end, Nikola Mirotic had 21 points on 6-of-9 three-point shooting.
