After the game, jubilant head coach Israel Gonzalez praised ALBA's resilience: “I congratulate my team for their effort, faith and sacrifice, not only physically but also mentally because we were winning nearly all the game and Milan tied the game in the last minute. But we were able to keep believing in ourselves, keep fighting, and score important baskets.
“The most important thing is how we played like a team, how we shared the roles, the effort. We showed today the chemistry we have and that makes me very proud to be the coach of this team.”
