Olympiacos Piraeus head coach Georgios Bartzokas:
"It was a game full of intensity, full of tension. Both teams fought until the end for every possession. In the end, we made some mistakes: we gave 3 free throws to Teodosic and then a basket and foul, but we managed to win this game. I consider this game and this win one of the most important victories in the season because of the circumstances in our team. We have players with illness and guys gave everything on the court to win this game, which is very important for us. Virtus is a team full of experience, especially in the backcourt. They found some crucial shots, especially with Teodosic. They managed to come back but for us, it was important to win this game no matter what, so I feel great.
"First of all, I would like to mention that it was a fantastic EuroLeague game, full of tension, full of intensity. Both teams fought under, especially for us, difficult circumstances because we missed Kostas Sloukas today, who is our first creator, and also Sasha Vezenkov was sick. He was about not to play the game but finally, he played and played a lot. So I consider this victory as one of the most important during the season, basically because I respect Coach Scariolo and Virtus a lot. They fight for every possession, they fight until the end. They were 10 points down and came back. Of course, we made a lot of things wrong in the last minutes. I am talking about missing 2 free throws with Larentzakis, missing a layup before, giving 3 free throws to Teodosic, giving [Ojeleye] a basket and foul when we were 5 points up, but we managed to win the game. As I said, I consider this win as a very important one."

"First of all, congrats to Olympiacos. They are a great team with many great players, a winning culture, Final Fours, top European players, so nothing to take away from their win. At the same time, I am very, very proud of the effort our players did, who basically made it to the last shot, unfortunately, missed. We came back. We went down, fought, bounced back and showed character and pride. At the same time, I have to say that coaches and players make mistakes...
"I think our fans can be really proud of the effort our players did. Everyone, the ones that had a better performance, the ones who didn't. I think we had too many players who, in normal circumstances, didn't have to play but they did, so they tried to do their best, everyone. Nothing to say about their character, their attitude. Let's take what it's good from this game, let's correct also some mistakes and start to prepare the next league game."
Olympiacos Piraeus forward Shaquielle McKissic:
"Shout out to Bologna. Amazing team. It was an amazing win tonight for me and my brothers. Words can't explain! Sloukas was out tonight so I knew I was going to get more minutes after working a lot harder, but it worked out in our favor. The standings don't matter. We got Madrid next and that is what we are focused on."
Olympiacos Piraeus forward Kostas Papanikolaou:
"We played against a tough opponent in a great arena, great atmosphere from the fans, and we really had to put a lot of effort. We needed to be 100% concentrated throughout the whole game to take this win. It is a really important win for us, especially coming from a loss two nights ago. We are very happy that we made it. I am just trying to do whatever my team needs. My teammates found me in a good place and I was able to knock them down. That's basketball: sometimes you make them, sometimes you don't. When you make them, you are happy, and if your team wins, you are happier."
