Valencia Basket has reached an agreement with center Kyle Alexander for the next two seasons, the club announced Friday. Alexander (2.08 meters, 25 years old) arrives from a fellow Spanish side Baloncesto Fuenlabrada, where he has played the last two years. Last season Alexander averaged 9.8 points, 5.0 and Spanish League second-best 1.5 blocks per game.
Fuenlabrada has been Alexander's first stop on the European continent. He turned pro in 2019, after a four-year collegiate career at the University of Tennessee. In the 2019-20 campaign, Alexander spent majority of the season with Sioux Falls in the G-League, while appearing in two NBA games with Miami. He has also been a member of the Canadian national team. Alexander is now set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
