Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade added experience and firepower to its backcourt by inking combo-guard Nemanja Nedovic to a three-year deal, the club announced Thursday. Nedovic (1.92 meters, 31 years old) arrives from Panathinaikos OPAP Athens, where he averaged 14.3 points and 3.2 assists in 26 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season, his second with the Greens. He helped Panathinaikos win the Greek League and Cup double in 2021 and earned MVP honors in the playoff finals. Last season, he was seventh in the EuroLeague in scoring.

Nedovic grew up with Zvezda, and started his career with the club, playing there from 2008 to 2012. He made his EuroLeague debut with Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius in the 2012-13 campaign. Nedovic has also played for Golden State in the NBA, Santa Cruz in the G-League, Unicaja Malaga in Spain and AX Armani Exchange Milan in Italy. He helped Unicaja lift the 7DAYS EuroCup in 2017 and was second in scoring in the 2017-18 EuroLeague with 16.8 points per game with that team. Nedovic is also a member of the Serbian national team. He helped Serbia win the silver medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
