Grew up with Lokomotiv Novosibirsk (Russia) youth teams.

Made his debut with Lokomotiv Novosibirsk, in the Russian 2nd Division, during the 2001-02 season.

Moved to Italy on December '01, signed by Pallacanestro Varese.

Played there till the 2003-04 championship.

Selected in the 2004 NBA Draft by Utah Jazz (#21).

Draft rights traded to Dallas Mavericks.

Signed for the 2004-05 season by Dallas Mavericks.

Played there also the 2005-06 championship.

Moved to Russia for the 2006-07 season, signed by BC Khimki Moscow.
