Earlier this week, FC Barcelona announced a new agreement with guard Dante Exum to stay together until the end of the season. Exum celebrated the news with a tremendous individual performance, leading Barcelona to a hard-fought 88-83 victory against AS Monaco.
Exum celebrated contract extension with a huge game

Exum finished the game with 22 points and a 31 performance index rating, both of which were his personal bests after 12 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games to date. Exum buried 5 of 6 shots inside the arc, 2 of 3 three-pointers and 6 of 7 free throws, adding 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 6 fouls drawn. He scored 15 of his 22 points after halftime, playing a critical role in crunch time to keep Barcelona atop the standings.

Exum has been sensational in his team's last four games, in fact, averaging 14.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and a PIR of 20.3 to help Barcelona get wins against FC Bayern Munich, Panathinaikos OPAP Athens, Real Madrid and Monaco.
Through 12 games, Exum has nailed 56.3% of his three-point attempts and 89.3% of his free throws, averaging 7.3 points and a PIR of 9.5.
"I am glad I decided to stay here," Exum said after the game. "They have been lovely for me, so I would love to stay here and win some more of these games like this."
