The first night of Game 4s of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs assured a pair of Game 5s next week as Maccabi blew out Monaco at home. Meanwhile, Real Madrid evened its series 2-2 with a second consecutive win on the floor of Partizan. On of those teams will make playoffs history next week: Partizan, as the first Game 5 road winner ever or Real Madrid as the first team to come back from an 0-2 deficit to reach the Final Four. But first, there's another Game 4 on Friday, with Olympiacos seeking to qualify for Kaunas when it visits Fenerbahce two nights after Kostas Sloukas stole Game 3 on the buzzer.

Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul became the third team to force Game 5 in the playoffs by rallying late to beat Olympiacos Piraeus 73-69 and even their series 2-2. Game 5 is next Tuesday in Piraeus, Greece. The first three quarters ended with one-point differences, and there were 17 ties and lead changes before Fenerbahce surged in the final 5 minutes. Nigel Hayes-Davis had flipped the scoreboard and brought down the house with consecutive triples to open the fourth quarter, putting Fenerbahce suddenly in charge. 54-49. Soon enough, though, Shaquielle McKissic was attacking the rim for 5 straight points that put Olympiacos up 56-58. The lead then changed hands three times in a row, the last on Dyshawn Pierre's triple at 62-60 . Free throws and another Pierre three-pointer marked a 67-61 lead, the game's biggest yet, with 2:42 remaining. Tyler Dorsey's deep three a minute later was answered in kind by McKissic at 70-66. Pierre and McKissic traded threes next, already in the final minute, but Olympiacos ran out of time after that. Pierre led the winners with 17 points while Dorsey added 16 and Hayes-Davis 12. McKissic had 20 for Olympiacos
