The guard is making a move from the EuroCup
Paris adds Joel Ayayi to the mix

Paris Basketball continues to rebuild the roster for its second EuroLeague campaign by adding guard Joel Ayayi, the club announced Thursday. He represents the second signing of the day for the French League champions, after they announced the arrival of Jeremy Morgan earlier in the day.
Ayayi (1.96 meters, 25 years old) arrives from a fellow French side Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse where he posted 7.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.6 steals in the BKT EuroCup last season.
Ayayi displayed his versatility in the French League, too, posting 9.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.2 steals last season.
In youth categories, Ayayi helped INSEP Paris win the 2017 EuroLeague NextGen crown, then went on to play college basketball with Gonzaga University, which he helped reached the NCAA Tournament finals in 2021.
The first season he turned pro, Ayayi spent time with the Washington Wizards in the NBA and its G-League affiliate Capital City Go-Go. He remained in the G-League the following season with Lakeland Magic, then returned to his native France in 2023-24 to play with Nanterre 92, before joining Bourg.
Ayayi is now set to make his EuroLeague debut with the club from the French capital.
