Two of the hottest teams in the league meet in Friday’s early game when UNICS Kazan takes on Olympiacos Piraeus.

UNICS (7-5) has won four straight games, including a 20-point drubbing of Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade on the road last week. John Brown III led the way with 18 points and Isaiah Canaan and Mario Hezonja added 17 points apiece. Now UNICS returns home where it has won five in a row. Olympiacos (8-4) has won back-to-back games by large margins, including a 19-point victory over AX Armani Exchange last week. That was Olympiacos’s first road win after four straight defeats to open the season. In the teams’ only other two games, Olympiacos swept their regular-season series in 2016-17.
