**About the program:**

7Bet-Lietkabelis Panevezys has partnered with Panevezys Social Services Center to implement its One Team program for children at a day care center called Bridges of Kindness. This center helps kids and their families by developing, maintaining and/or restoring daily life skills, as well as assisting in preparing for school lessons, organizing meal and free-time activities, providing psychologist services and other individual social services relating to the child’s needs (e.g., speech therapist services, etc.).

The eight-week One Team program works with a group of 32 mixed gender participants aged between 7 and 17 years old with the aim of getting them interested in sports, helping them to better understand themselves and to develop important life skills through basketball, such as communication, teamwork and motivation.

The program is supported by One Team Ambassador Gabrielius Maldunas, and the on-court sessions are led by the team's assistant coach, Simas Juraitis.
