About the program: For the third consecutive year, the One Team program of AX Armani Exchange Milan will be developed with Laureus Sport For Good Italia Onlus. It is dedicated to the children of Gratosoglio, a difficult suburban area of Milan where people from different backgrounds live at risk of social exclusion. The club is working with a group of 60 kids aged 11 from Baroni Primary School. This season the program will be delivered in different phases, starting the project with online sessions and continuing with on-court sessions when it becomes possible. During the first phase, sessions will be focused on education, using the language of sport and its messages, including an inspirational meeting with Milan players, to help children look at the difficulties and fears they are facing during the pandemic. The second phase will focus on mental health and wellbeing, working on motor skills and emotions. Laureus Sport´s psychologist and schoolteacher will deliver the program together with One Team coaches.
