About the program: Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana works together with Malci Belic, a non-profit center in the domain of the Ministry of School, Science and Sport in Slovenia. The center educates young people with emotional and behavioral problems, as well as those with learning disabilities. The institution assures complete care, 24 hours per day, throughout the year.

The program aims to help young people with certain disabilities through basketball, teaching them life skills which can be applied in their social environment or workplace. A group of male and female participants from 8 to 15 years old will participate in an eight-week program addressed at life skills such as communication, confidence, self-esteem and motivation. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the program is mixing online sessions with on-court sessions, with the support of professionals from the care center.
