**About the program:**

Dolomiti Energia Trento is carrying out its One Team program with Spini di Gardolo Detention Center, as there is an emphasis placed on the concept of working as a team, respect for the rules and mutual trust. The program works with a group of 10 inmates from the detention center aged between 26 and 35. The game of basketball can transmit important values for people's lives, even for those who may have made some mistakes along the way. Playing sports in prison can bring some positivity to the inmates, not only to help maintain a satisfactory state of psycho-physical health but also to improve the harmony within the Institute, as it helps to lower the level of tension and conflict. The participants work on skills such as motivation, reliability, personal responsibility and mutual respect over the course of the program.
