**About the program:**

Germani Brescia has implemented its One Team program in partnership with FOBAP Onlus, an organization that focuses on using social inclusion as a way of helping people with disabilities get assimilated into society. This is achieved is by creating and managing educational, developmental, societal and health services, which help and support people with intellectual and related disabilities, in addition to their families. The main objective of the project is to aid their integration into society by using basketball as a tool for good. Through basketball, these One Team participants focus on different life skills, namely acceptance, respect, and cooperation, that will help them in their day-to-day life. Fifteen young adults will participate in eight sessions, starting from the end of November 2022 until the beginning of April 2023. Brescia wants to offer a great experience during on-court sessions by involving different people from the club, including the One Team manager and coaches, players from the youth team and the One Team Ambassador.
