**About the Program:**

Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz is once again delivering its One Team program, with a focus on community cohesion and supporting at-risk youth. This season, the program is working with children, divided into two groups with weekly sessions. During the holiday periods, additional basketball camps are organized at Christmas and Easter.

The main objective of the initiative is the inclusion of children and their families in society. Basketball is used as a powerful tool to promote teamwork, respect and personal growth, while also supporting the wider mission of the Baskonia-Alavés Foundation. The program is led by two coaches and one social worker, with additional support from other coaches when groups come together for joint activities. Beyond the regular sessions, players from the Baskonia-Alavés Foundation also get involved, ensuring deeper engagement and continuity of the children’s development both on and off the court.

Through these activities, and with the support of this year One Team Ambassadors, Khalifa Diop, Paolo Galbiati and Matteo Spagnolo, Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz continues to use the power of basketball to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families.
