About the program:

Zalgiris Kaunas and Special Olympics Lithuania have strengthened their ties by continuing their work together with One Team. Special Olympics is a global organization that serves athletes with intellectual disabilities, providing year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic type sports for children and adults. The main objective is to induce better integration into society and help participants grow personally by making them more self-confident and bettering their communication skills. A group of 12 participants of a mixed gender, aged 12 to 29 years old, are attending weekly sessions at Zalgirio Arena. The program consists of 12 sessions with a duration of 1.5 hours per week. Ramirent is continuing to support the program for the fifth season in a row.
