About the program: UNICS Kazan is dedicating its One Team program to the third year of a collaboration with Raifa, a special educational college that helps teenage orphans participate in sport and develop their social skills. The program takes place over 10 weeks, in two-hour sessions with 15 boys aged 11-16, introducing them to basketball and developing key skills such as effective communication, confidence-building, teamwork, positive and effective decision-making and leadership.
