- Dzanan Musa and Aleksa Avramovic have sustained minor knee injuries and will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks, the club announced over the weekend.
- Nate Mason has sustained a cervical disc injury and will continue to be monitored over the coming weeks, the club announced.
- Kosta Kondić sustained a concussion in the Adriatic League game last weekend and will miss the next matches, the club confirmed.
- Justin Anderson is dealing with plantar fasciitis discomfort, and his return to the team will be evaluated on a day-to-day basis. He did not enter the game in Round 4.
- Summer signing Mam Jaiteh suffered an Achilles injury and will be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
EA7 Emporio Armani Milan
Lorenzo Brown is out due to a calf injury, the club announced, joining Zach LeDay, Josh Nebo, Vlatko Cancar and Leonardo Tote', who are once again all out for Milan's game at Zalgiris on Thursday.

FC Bayern Munich
Stefan Jovic, Johannes Voigtmann, Elias Harris and Rokas Jokubaitis are all ruled out for Bayern's game at Fenerbahce on Thursday, the club has confirmed.
- Stefan Jovic hurt his ankle in Sunday's domestic league game and missed Round 4, and is out for Round 5.
- Rokas Jokubaitis will be sidelined until the spring following knee surgery.
- Johannes Voigtmann will miss the start of the season after he suffered a knee injury during EuroBasket 2025 that required surgery.
- Elias Harris has yet to return to action following a knee injury suffered in June.
- Aleksa Radanov (coach's decision) did not suit up for the first four rounds.
Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul
Talen Horton-Tucker, Brandon Boston and Armando Bacot will miss Fenerbahce's game against Bayern on Thursday, the club has confirmed.
- Talen Horton-Tucker, Brandon Boston and Armando Bacot have all been ruled out for Round 4, and will miss Round 5.
- Scottie Wilbekin and Arturs Zagars returned to action, making their season debuts in Round 4.
Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv
Bruno Caboclo and Yam Madar are ruled out for Hapoel's game at Paris on Friday, the club has confirmed.
