Milan adds forward Nate Sestina

EA7 Emporio Armani Milan has bolstered its ranks by signing Nate Sestina following the American forward's exit from Valencia Basket. Sestina featured in Valencia's first three EuroLeague games this season and averaged 9:38 minutes of game time per game with 2.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assist.
"I am really excited to join such a historic club, with a rich history of winning. It’s an honor for me to represent this jersey," Sestina said in a statement released by the club. "I am looking forward to creating great relationships with my teammates and coaches, as well as the fans. I’m also looking forward to getting better each day and hopefully providing the city and club with many wins and successes! Hoping to continue the tradition of hanging banners in the arena and having a fully healthy season.”
Currently in his second EuroLeague campaign, having made his competition debut with Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul in 2023-24, Sestina arrives in Milan after just over one season with Valencia.
Last year, he helped the Spanish side reach the BKT EuroCup Semifinals and the Spanish League Finals. This season, the 28-year-old was part of the Valencia side that lifted the Spanish Super Cup.
