Baskonia broke a two-game losing streak by edging Efes 80-87 on the road to lift its record to 9-7. Efes dropped to 7-9.Markus Howard paced the winners with 28 points in less than 22 minutes. Codi Miller-McIntyre came just short of a triple-double with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists. Vanja Marinkovic added 14 points, Chima Moneke 13 and Tadas Sedekerskis 11 for Baskonia. Shane Larkin led Efes with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Dan Oturu added 14 points for the hosts.
Zalgiris Kaunas 80-85 FC Barcelona
Barcelona overcame a back-and-forth scoreboard and a three-point deficit with 4 minutes left to blank Zalgiris the rest of the way for an 80-85 road win on Friday. Barca raised its record to 11-5 to stop a two-game losing streak while the Zalgiris slide was prolonged to six consecutive defeats for a 5-11 record in 16th place. In a game of runs, Barca's 0-8 finish decided it. The visitors got 18 points from Nicolas Laprovittola, 15 from Jan Vesely, 12 from Nikola Kalinic and 10 from Tomas Satoransky. Kalinic and Laprovittola hit 4 triples each. Laurynas Birutis scored a career-high 18 points for Zalgiris while Edgaras Ulanovas added 15, Keenan Evans 13 and Rolands Smits 11.
LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne 73-85 Olympiacos Piraeus
Olympiacos got back to winning ways by downing ASVEL 73-85 to improve to 8-8 in the standings, while ASVEL lost its eighth game in a row to drop to 2-14. Olympiacos opened a double-digit lead in the second quarter, then made it a 19-point margin in the third. ASVEL replied with an 11-0 run and cut within 55-62, but it never got closer as Isaiah Canaan made several key baskets and Moustapha Fall dominated inside. Canaan led the winners with 19 points and Alec Peters added 17. For ASVEL, Paris Lee and Timothee Luwawu-Cabarrot scored 16 each.
ALBA Berlin 82-91 Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul
Fenerbahce made it three for three under new head coach Saras Jasikevicius with an 82-91 win at ALBA. The victory snapped a six-game road losing streak and saw the visitors move to 9-7. ALBA fell to 3-13. Scottie Wilbekin paced four double-digit Fenerbahce scorers with 20 points. Georgios Papagiannis added 15 points, Johnathan Motley 14, and Tyler Dorsey 12 points as Nick Calathes dished 13 assists in the win. For ALBA, Sterling Brown scored 15 points and star player Johannes Thiemann was held to just 8.
FC Bayern Munich 80-91 AS Monaco
Monaco improved to 9-7 as it romped to an 80-91 win at Bayern, now 7-9. The game saw yet another vintage performance by Mike James in Munich, with the Monaco star scoring a game-high 28 points, including 22 in the second half, as the visitors led from start to finish. Elie Okobo came off the bench to add 19 points for Monaco, Alpha Diallo chipped in with 13 and John Brown netted 12 for the French team, which repelled several fightback attempts by Bayern after leading 31-46 at halftime. Sylvain Francisco led Bayern with 21 points and Carsen Edwards posted 16, but the rest of the crew misfired heavily as the home team also committed 18 turnovers, having only managed as many assists.
EA7 Emporio Armani Milan 68-76 Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens
Panathinaikos notched its third consecutive road win by downing Milan 68-76 at Mediolanum Forum. The Greens improved to 9-7 in the standings, while Milan dropped to 6-10. Kendrick Nunn led the winners with 17 points, of which 7 came in the final 3 minutes. Mathias Lessort added 16 before leaving the game with an injury, and Jerian Grant had 10 for Panathinaikos. Shavon Shields paced Milan with 13 points. Johannes Voigtmann added 12 while Diego Flaccadori had 10 for the hosts.

Zvezda secured its first road victory of the season by beating Maccabi thanks to a vintage performance from Milos Teodosic, who scored 27 points and tied a career high with 14 assists for a PIR of 40. Zvezda improved to 6-10. In addition to Teodosic’s big game, Joel Bolomboy scored 20 points and Rokas Giedraitis had 16 points - all in the third quarter. An undermanned Valencia produced an outstanding second-half comeback to defeat Virtus and improve to 9-7, while Virtus dropped to 11-5. Chris Jones paced Valencia with a game-high 17 points, with Kassius Robertson and Brandon Davies scoring 12 each. Tornike Shengelia led Virtus with 15 points. Virtus led 37-47 heading into the second half. Valencia tightened up its defense after the break, allowed the guests to score just 24 points across the last two quarters to secure a hard-fought win.
Real Madrid 91-75 Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade
Reigning champion and league leader Real Madrid breezed to a 91-75 home win over Partizan, improving to 15-1 while the visitors dropped to 9-7 after suffering their first defeat in six games. Real again showed its class with a vintage performance, having led by as many as 27 points in a lop-sided contest. Dzanan Musa paced Real with a game-high 23 points, shooting 10-of-11 from the floor in a blistering individual performance. Vincent Poirier and Mario Hezonja netted 14 points each.
