"I think that 100 percent we deserved to win tonight, except the first 5 minutes, when we tried to attack with early offense and we made some turnovers. We took control of the game after 5 minutes, we started to play excellent defense. On offense, we rotated the ball and always found good shot selection, and we took control in the last part of the first half. Second half, we started with the same mentality, we used very well our set offense. I think that we used very well in the last quarter the isolation offense with Will Clyburn, with excellent spacing. And everybody saw that when we put hustle and great mentality, Anadolu Efes can play some of the best basketball like in our last four years in Europe."

"Congratulations to Ergin, congratulations to Efes, clearly the much better team. As a coach, I have to take responsibility. We had a lot of time to rest, we had a lot of time to work. We changed tactics a little bit; a lot of things that we tried didn't work. In general, also, I believe we lacked physicality, we lacked attention. At the same time – 96 points – I expected a little bit more defensive sacrifice because we are playing at the house of the champions. I thought there was no bigger motivation for our players to play here. It didn't help also that we missed a lot of easy shots in the key moments. So it was just overall a bad evening for us, and hopefully we can learn from that."
