The club’s top scorer will miss another 2 weeks
Maccabi’s Lonnie Walker to miss additional time with shoulder injury

Maccabi Rapyd Tel Aviv will remain without its leading scorer, Lonnie Walker, after the club confirmed on Wednesday that the guard is still recovering from the shoulder muscle tear he suffered earlier this month and is expected to miss approximately two more weeks.
Walker sustained the injury during Round 19 against FC Bayern Munich, a game in which he was forced to leave the court after just a few minutes while clutching his left shoulder. He has not played since.
Walker has been one of Maccabi’s most impactful players this season, leading the team in scoring at 15.3 points per game. His absence adds to an already challenging stretch for Maccabi, which is also without John DiBartolomeo, though backcourt mate Jeff Dowtin made his injury return on Tuesday against Olympiacos.
