The contract is for 45 days with an option to extend it for the remainder of the season. Anderson (1.98 meters, 30 meters) is set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut with Valencia. He arrives from Rio Breogan Lugo, where Anderson averaged 10.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and a PIR of 9.6 in 7 Spanish League games this season.
Anderson started his professional basketball career with Dallas of the NBA, and also played for Texas, Raptors 905, Long Island and Fort Wayne of the G League, as well as for Philadelphia, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Cleveland and Indiana of the NBA. In 243 NBA career games, Anderson averaged 5.3 points and 2.6 rebounds, getting a career-high 26 points with Phildelphia against New York on April 12, 2017.
