Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade has been sanctioned with a fine of €8,000, and a game to be played at a limited 80% of its capacity, including the closing of specific sectors, for the offensive chants performed by the local fans towards visiting player (Kevin Punter), the referee(s) and to anyone associated with FC Barcelona on occasion of the game Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade – FC Barcelona, under Article 29.2.f) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. The arena capacity limitation is conditionally suspended during the 2025-26 season in accordance with Article 8 of the Disciplinary Code, and will be executed in the event off the Club committing a new infringement of Article 29.1 f).
