Konstantinos used the following lineup: Lorenzo Brown (team captain) and Wade Baldwin of Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv, Sasha Vezenkov of Olympiacos Piraeus, Gabriel Deck of Real Madrid and Mathias Lessort of Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade, all as starters. Kostas Papanikolaou also of Olympiacos was his sixth man.
The bench featured Michalis Lountzis of Olympiacos, Alex Abrines of FC Barcelona, Zach LeDay of Partizan and Josep Puerto of Valencia Basket. His coach was Oded Kattash of Maccabi.
