Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv head coach Oded Kattash:
"Two wins in a tough week, as there’s never a lazy week in the EuroLeague. In the first half, we controlled the tempo of the game, in the second half, it was their tempo, especially in the third quarter. We struggled offensively but then we found our rhythm again and I am very happy for the players, the club and the fans."
EA7 Emporio Armani Milan head coach Ettore Messina:
"Congratulations to coach Oded Kattash and Maccabi, they played a very good game. In the first half, we did not have the level of competitiveness that was required. Second half, we found our old chemistry and good defense. Two moments decided the game – first when we missed a pair of completely open threes when we were down by 6 and had momentum. The second was when we were down by 10 and missed 4 free throws. Maccabi has remarkable athleticism and that can make a lot of difference in the EuroLeague. On top of a good system, they have guards who can create at any moment. That’s very important in the playoffs and the title game. They are a great organization and I wish them the best."

"It’s a lot of hard work. We’ve got to come here every day to stand prepared and stand ready... I wouldn’t say the best team as we need to win the championship to be the best. We’ve got a lot more work to do."
