Hapoel Tel Aviv brings Elijah Bryant aboard

Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv has added another weapon to its backcourt by signing versatile guard Elijah Bryant to a three-year contract.
Bryant (1.96 meters, 30 years old) brings a wealth of experience to a Hapoel side that will debut in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague this season. He spent the past four seasons with Anadolu Efes Istanbul, which he helped win the EuroLeague in 2022.
Last season, Bryant averaged 13.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.2 steals in 38 games for Efes.
Bryant played college basketball first at Elon University and later at Brigham Young University before making his professional debut in Israel in 2018 with Hapoel Eilat.
That led to his move to Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv, where he spent most of two seasons. Late in the 2020-21 campaign, Bryant moved to the NBA to play for the Milwaukee Bucks, with which he won the NBA championship. In October 2021, Bryant returned to the EuroLeague when he joined Efes.
