Anadolu Efes Istanbul
Shane Larkin, Erkan Yilmaz, PJ Dozier, Rodrigue Beaubois, Georgios Papagiannis and Vincent Poirier are all ruled out of Efes's game against Barcelona on Thursday, the club has confirmed.
- Erkan Yilmaz is out for the next three weeks with a left knee injury, the club confirmed on November 19.
- Shane Larkin is out for the next eight weeks with a groin injury, the club confirmed on November 15.
- PJ Dozier is out for 4-6 weeks with a thigh tear, the club confirmed on November 10.
- Rodrigue Beaubois underwent elbow surgery and will be out for around two weeks, the club confirmed on November 3.
- Georgios Papagiannis is expected to miss eight months following ACL surgery, the club confirmed on October 18.
- Vincent Poirier is out for 4-6 months after knee surgery.
AS Monaco
Vassilis Spanoulis has his entire roster available for Monaco's game at ASVEL on Wednesday, the club has confirmed.
- Monaco has its full roster available in Round 11, too.
Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz
Baskonia has not yet sent an injury report for its game against Bayern on Friday.
- Trent Forrest (hamstring) has been out since October 17.
Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade
Ebuka Izundu, Tyson Carter, Jasiel Rivero, Isaiah Canaan and Joel Bolomboy are ruled out for Crvena Zvezda's game at Valencia on Friday, the club has confirmed.
- Jordan Nwora last played in Round 6. He is available to play in Round 12.
- Chima Moneke missed Rounds 10 and 11 due to an adductor injury, but he is available to play in Round 12.
- Devonte' Graham has been unavailable so far this season due to a bone bruise, but he is available to play in Round 12.
- Ebuka Izundu sustained an ankle injury in Round 10. He missed Round 11 and is out for the coming period, according to the club.
- Tyson Carter has been diagnosed with pulmonary embolism and faces a lengthy absence. He has been discharged from hospital and will continue his treatment at home.
- Jasiel Rivero hurt his foot in Round 1 and is expected to be sidelined for several months.
- Isaiah Canaan suffered an ACL injury and is out long term.
- Joel Bolomboy is out long term.
Dubai Basketball
Dubai has not yet sent an injury report for its game at Panathinaikos on Thursday.
- New signing Matt Ryan has been registered ahead of Round 12.
- Dwayne Bacon is sidelined after being diagnosed with a fracture of his right thumb.
- Mfiondu Kabengele, who missed Rounds 9 and 10, returned to action in Round 11.
- Dzanan Musa has been out since Round 2 with a minor knee injury and is listed as day to day, according to Dubai's website.
- Nate Mason has undergone a discectomy after sustaining a cervical injury during practice. He is in the early stages of recovery and will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks.
- Summer signing Mam Jaiteh suffered an Achilles injury and will be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
EA7 Emporio Armani Milan
Leandro Bolmaro and Zach LeDay are game-time decisions while Devin Booker, Ousmane Diop, Josh Nebo and Lorenzo Brown are all ruled out for Milan's game against Hapoel on Thursday, the club has confirmed.

- Kamar Baldwin was a late scratch for Round 10. He did not play in Round 11, either.

Olympiacos Piraeus
Shaquielle McKissic, Keenan Evans and Moustapha Fall are ruled out for Olympiacos's game against Paris on Friday, the club has confirmed.
- Keenan Evans missed the first nine rounds as he recovered from a knee injury, but he ruptured his Achilles just two minutes into his return in Round 10.
- Frank Ntilikina did not play in Rounds 10 or 11.
- Moustapha Fall could miss the entire season after suffering a ruptured patellar tendon in his left knee during the Greek League finals in June.
Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens
Omer Yurtseven, Mathias Lessort, Richaun Holmes and Vassilis Toliopoulos are ruled out for Panathinaikos's game against Dubai on Thursday, the club has confirmed.
- Omer Yurtseven suffered a groin injury, the club announced on November 2. He "might" be available to play in Round 12, Coach Ataman said this past weekend.
- Vassilis Toliopoulos (calf) was ruled out for Rounds 10 and 11.
- Richaun Holmes suffered a torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee in Round 7. He will be available after the national-team break, Coach Ataman said this past weekend.
- Mathias Lessort may require surgery to address his injury, Coach Ataman said this past weekend.
Paris Basketball
Nadir Hifi is ruled out for Paris's game at Olympiacos on Friday, the club has confirmed.
- Paris tweeted on Friday evening that Nadir Hifi is a late scratch for Round 12.
- Jared Rhoden was registred and is due to make his EuroLeague debut.
- Allan Dokossi returned to action in Round 11.
- Lamar Stevens has not featured for Paris so far this season.
Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade
Tyrique Jones and Vanja Marinkovic are game-time decisions while Carlik Jones, Mario Nakic and Arijan Lakic are ruled out for Partizan's game against Fenerbahce on Friday, the club has confirmed.
- Tyrique Jones was a late scratch for Round 11.
- Jabari Parker travelled to the United States for a funeral and missed Round 11, but he is expected to available for Round 12.

Nigel Williams-Goss and Dovydas Giedraitis are ruled out for Zalgiris's game against Real Madrid on Thursday, the club has confirmed.
