Moneke has had an interesting journey to get to this point. After spending the first three years of his career in France, representing Rouen, Denain, Beliers de Kemper and Orleans between 2018 and 2021, he truly put himself on the map with his performances with Manresa of Spain in 2021-22. That season, Moneke led Manresa to the Basketball Champions League final and was named the competition's MVP. Moneke then seized an opportunity to play in the NBA with Sacramento, but he made just 2 appearances. Instead, most of his game time came with Stockton, Sacramento's G League affiliate, as he featured in 18 games.
