Diallo spent four years playing college basketball at Providence College before embarking upon his professional career with Lavrio of Greece in 2020. One year later, he joined Monaco. Diallo was named in the French League Team of the Season for 2021-22, as Monaco reached the French League finals.
"My choice to continue my career in Monaco is based on the desire to be competitive and to win titles in the French league, but also in the EuroLeague," said Diallo. "I think Monaco has a great chance to fight for these titles, and that's why I signed again. Also, the goal will be to improve the team, to be there with each other, and to keep fighting for trophies."
