The 2023-24 version of Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade started rolling this week with the first practice of the preseason training camp. The team gathered at the small practice hall at Stark Arena and had one session there right before setting off for Kopaonik, where it will spend one full week of preparation before playing a series of friendly games.
The first session had a total of 13 participants, including familiar faces Kevin Punter, Zach LeDay, Alen Smailagic, Danilo Andjusic and James Nunnally. However, there were also some new faces such as Mateusz Ponitka, Ognjen Jaramaz, Frank Kaminsky and PJ Dozier, who appear eager to start new chapters in their careers with the Adriatic League champs. Aleksa Avramovic was not present due to his participation in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup with the Serbian national team.
