Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade added plenty of size and experience to its frontcourt by inking center Frank Kaminsky, who signed a one-year with his new team on Thursday. Kaminsky (2.13 meters, 30 years) arrives to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague right at the prime of his career and brings in eight years of NBA experience in which he has posted solid numbers most of the way.

College superstar
Kaminsky was already a basketball star even before his professional career started. He helped the University of Wisconsin reach conscecutive NCAA Tournament Final Fours in 2014 and 2015. Kaminsky averaged 14.1 points and 6.4 rebounds in 37 NCAA games in the 2013-14 season- He had 28 points and 11 rebounds in an Elite Eight showdown against Arizona to lead Wisconsin to its first Final Four appearance since 2000. In 2014-15, Kaminsky averaged 18.7 points and 8.1 rebounds in 38 NCAA games. Once in the Final Four, he had 20 points and 11 rebounds to lead Wisconsin past Kentucky. Kaminsky had 21 points and 12 rebounds in the NCAA Championship Game, but Wisconsin registered a 63-68 loss against Duke. His efforts allowed him to receive the Oscar Robertson Trophy, given by the United States Basketball Writers Association, joining a list of players that includes Kevin Durant, Tim Duncan or Michael Jordan, among many others.
Solid NBA career
Kaminsky was drafted by Charlotte, where he played for four seasons. He also played for three more NBA teams: Phoenix, Atlanta and Houston. He helped Phoenix reach the NBA Finals in 2021. In 413 NBA regular season career games, Kaminsky averages 8.8 points and 3.8 rebounds. He took part in 17 NBA playoffs games with Charlotte and Phoenix, averaging 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds. Kaminsky is now set to make his EuroLeague debut with Partizan.
